For th use as a subsitutional fuel the material is to be tested according to the prescriptions of the user before use. Important analysis parameters are : Chlorine-content, heating-value, humidity (water content) and content of ash.
The analyses concerning to tohose parameters should be done continously and close to the process of garbidge-treatment. This way it is possible to control the treatment- and arrangement-processes. For the safety the container is separated to the process bur it is close enough that the process-control can be realized.
The dimensions of the container are 3m x 2,5 m (lenth x width). The container is fully equpped for laboratory work.

High power grinder
The high power grinder type SM 2000 from RETSCH couts assbled samples of the garbidge to a size of 2mm diameter. This way the homogenity of the samples for the following analyses at sample sizes > 200mg is given.
Calorimeter
For the use of garbidge-deposits as fuel a certain heaing-range is nessesary. This value is checked by a static calrimeter C200 of IKA Werke GmbH. |

Total chlorine analyser
For checking the limit for the chlorine-concetration of samples (1% max.) is used the total chlorine analyser multi EA 2000 of ANALYIK JENA.
The cutted sample is combusted in a furnace and the produced HCl is analysed coulometric.
The analysis of ash-content is alo possible in this analyzer. |

Incubator
The quality of the garbidge-fuels depends also on the water-content. The limits for water-content are < 20%. This limit is checked in accordance to DIN ISO 11456 or DIN 51718. |
